From an idea by David Littler (over a pint of beer in the pub whilst reading the V&A publication: Samplers by Clare Brown and Jennifer Wearden), to bring his two passions of textiles and sound together through the common word "sampler". Four years later sampler-cultureclash has now grown to become an international collective of artists exploring the connections between people, materials, machines and sound.
